At JCO Creations, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our handcrafted and custom products.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom and personalized orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the order.
  • Processing times do not include shipping transit times.

Shipping Methods

We ship through major carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. JCO Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, JCO Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
