RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom products:

No Refunds on Custom Orders

All custom, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order items are non-refundable unless there is an error made by JCO Creations.

Examples of JCO Creations errors include:

  • Incorrect personalization compared to the approved order details
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defects caused during production

Custom Order Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, production may have already begun, and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Non-Custom Items

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by JCO Creations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
